This Competition in Dusseldorf Germany was a highly competitive International competition held in 2 PARTs. The competition was judged on both the Urban Design on a heavily travelled route to the Autobahn with close proximity to the centre of Dusseldorf and the entry had to develop an architecturally innovative scheme that was both an iconic building within the Dusseldorf skyline and mixed living, with a combination of both high-rise housing and medium-density housing. As a consultant on this competition developed the urban design and some suggestions for facades in conjunction with Molestina Architekten, with Juan Pablo Molestina and a team Laura Blanco with others both in the office and external consultants (engineers (Traffic, Structural, Larmshutz), planners, and landscape Architekten FSLA).
